When: Tomorrow after school/Tuesday before school
Where: Jack's class, then Katou's apartment
Why: Katou wants Jack. =/ Jack doesn't seem to mind.
Jack was not grading papers, as any normal teacher would be, when Katou came in. He was hanging a fish net on his wall, for "atmosphere". He hadn't exactly had time to decorate his room during his first week. His next plan of action were some oil lanterns, because he hated the fluorescent lighting in the school. Wasn't good for hangovers.
Katou walked into the classroom and shut the door behind him, then glanced at Jack. “Uhm…” he started, heading into the room. “What are you doing?”
Jack jumped a foot in the air, having not heard him come in. He spun around, and seeing it to be Katou, relaxed into his normal, half-drunken posture.
"Decorating. Proper learning atmosphere and all that."
“Uh huh,” Katou said, heading over to Jack’s desk and sitting on it. “I wasn’t aware that fishnets were good for learning.”
Jack was about to say something about Katou messing up his knick-knacks, and then he remembered he needed to get some knick-knacks. He added it to his very short mental list. "Well, s'not so much that I want them to learn, s'more that I like boats- er, ships- and want to be comfortable." He looked up, so he could start hammering away at a nail to support it and winced. "S'too damn bright in here."
Katou glanced over at the blinds, and realized they were already closed. “If you want,” he said, leaning back on the desk a little, “I could turn off the lights.”
"Waitaminutebadidea." Jack sputtered out the sentence in one breath, and fumbled around in a wooden crate that was rather nonsensically taking up space in a corner of the room. It had "from Timbuktu" stamped on the side. He produced a small table lamp, plugged it in, and grinned. "Now, it's a good idea."
Katou blinked, and then chuckled a little bit. He jumped off the desk, and turned off the light, then he resumed his previous position. “So, you like ships huh? Ever been on one?”
"Have I ever been on one?" Jack laughed out loud. "I grew up on ships, lad. S'why I don't love this job too much."
“Really?” Katou said. “That sounds pretty cool. Bet the sex must’ve been weird. Why are you a teacher then?”
"Principal asked me too. We're old drinking buddies." Jack said, ignoring most of Katou's sentence.
“Huh. And here I was under the impression people needed to go to college to be a teacher,” Katou said. “D’ya want any help with the decorating?”
"I've got it." He said, beginning the task of taping a large map on the wall. "So, why are you here, again?"
“Hm?” Katou said, watching Jack. “Oh, no reason.”
"There's always a reason, so let's hear it."
“I told you over the journal’s,” Katou said, leaning a little further back. “I want more to do.”
"I can tell you're not the sort to want to do something academic, and I'm not really the sort to care, but you want something that is not school-related, I know I'm right, so out with it before I go mad from dancing the hula around the subject." Jack said this all very fast
Katou smirked a little. “I don’t know. You could say what I want is school related.”
Jack raised an eyebrow. He wasn't stupid. "First off, never have sex in the shower rooms, I know first hand that it's a bad idea, and secondly, my first and generally only love is the sea, so you'll have to convince me otherwise."
"Also, Professor...ah, Seshi. Sesso. Sestho. Marau?" He struggled with Sesshomaru's name and gave up. "Mister Fluffy wouldn't be too happy if I bedded a student."
“There are lots of other rooms,” Katou drawled. “And I’m not asking for love, I’m asking for sex. There’s a difference you know.” He grinned at the next. “Besides, who says Fluffy needs to know?”
Jack's surprisingly sober and even stare met Katou's eager one, and he couldn't help but grin. "I've used that excuse before." The dreadlocked man chuckled inwardly. "Not in the school. I'm not fond of hard surfaces."
"Hurts my knees."
“I’ve got an apartment,” Katou said. “If you wanna stop by after you’re done here.”
Jack picked up his bag. "I don't really have much to do here."
~~Let’s do the time warp again~~
Katou wasn’t usually one to fall asleep after sex. Especially if he was having sex in his apartment. His partner could randomly steal his guitar or, well, anything that he had, and Katou wasn’t really into that. Jack was a teacher, however, so it wasn’t like Katou would never see him again, and Katou hadn’t been having the greatest night’s sleep these past couple of weeks. After sex, he had pretty much passed out.
When he woke up, his arm was wrapped around Jack. He wasn’t fully awake yet, nor did he really want to be, and he snuggled closer to Jack.
Had he glanced up, he could tell that Jack was half-awake. Jack was glaring at the LCD readout from Katou's clock that said "5:49 AM".
“Whazza matter?” Katou muttered, looking up at Jack. He kissed his chest, and then made his way up to Jack’s neck.
"Hafta work today." He muttered, wincing slightly as Katou kissed an old scar. Not that it hurt. It was more uncomfortable than anything.
“Mm?” Katou glanced at the clock. “Not for another two and a half hours.” He closed his eyes. “We still got time to sleep. And to go another round.”
Jack laughed. "Maybe. But I've got morning duty this morning, yell at kids in the cafeteria and all that."
Katou groaned. “People shouldn’t go to school until 8:30,” he muttered, but rolled off of Jack anyway. “Wake me up before you go. I think I’ve got cereal in the kitchen someplace if you want breakfast.” He paused. “You might wanna check the expiry date on the milk though.”
"Don't eat breakfast, generally." Jack muttered, rolling away from Katou, only to possessively throw an arm over him again and drag him closer.
Katou yelped in surprise. Then, he wrapped an arm around Jack and kissed him.
Jack leaned down and nibbled on the boy's collarbone, gently. "How about that last round, mm?"
